okay so i really hate this guy and i want to do something mean without getting the cops involved again. so i how do i send a virus to him?? and how do i stop myself form getting it if i send it?

If he knows enough about computers to trace it back to you, you're just as criminally liable...and if you don't know enough about it to not infect yourself, you really have no business doing it in the first place.
