Viper d1200.1 any1 who has or installed 1 plz look

Ok i just got my viper 1200.1 cause it was liek 200 bucks and i hear it puts out way more then teh brutus with much better quailty of craftmanship. Queston. I was looking at the speaker terminals and theres no screws no nothing besides these little like.... not even clips.... do these actually hold on teh power wire and speaker wire i fiqure with teh bass goign hitting a Speed bump or something it would just come out. i havent installed anything yet due to snow but iw as just wondering..... or if i should just solder a peice of 4 gauge in there then just use that for now on..... all help very much appreicated.

yea i bought a refurb and 1 of the clips are bent all teh way down and 1 is half way up... so im not sure the clips look bad i fiqure there would be a screw or something.

Yea i fiqured directed would be better hten that. im not even gonna look inside im jujs gonna power it up and hope for the best.

Any reason you think directed would be better? They're made by the same company and viper is the higher line...

Either way though, I ordered an 1100d from them for my brother probably 2 months ago and it works great, and looks great beyond a few minor blemishes.

i would think directed would be inlittle better shape becuase they still make em, they dont make vipers no more, so thier all really old. but i dunno..

I got the refurbished viper 1200.1 and they gave me a new set of clips for it. Mine work fine, the only thing is that they are hard to plug into the amp but once they are in there, they are stronger then anything.

Yeah they gave me a new set of clips too but I haven't managed to get them in yet. Am I supposed to force them in? Did they give you a extra set of fuses too?
