I ordered my components from there and they came in good time, but then later ordered an amp that said it was in stock, but then after I ordered it said not in stock, I then realized that pioneer hadn't even released the amp yet, I agreed to wait a few weeks for them to get one, but then My preorder status disappeared from my account, I panicked and demanded a refund. They said they didn't know why it disappear from my account and they refunded my money the same day.
So idk, I would say they aren't completely professional, but not a scam either.
The components I got arrived in good time and were bnib like promised.

My debit card number got stolen about 3-4 months after buying from them, I don't know if it got leaked through them or not though (person using it was in Cali, they are in NY), so I would use paypal if you do order it from there.

ok thanks just worried about buying a alarm and having it installed and after installing it the installer finds out the alarm is broke or something wrong with it, because i will still have to pay him for his time, get what i am saying. Whats the chance of getting a bad alarm
