Viper 3002 question

I'm taking a viper 3002 out of a 95 Honda civic. I've already pulled to brain out of the car. Is there any problem with leaving the wiring harness in the car and just taking the brain out, or is this going to cause the car not to start? Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

P.S.- I would just try and start the car, but it is currently waiting on a motor.

Only if it has the starter kill installed/hooked up.

It will be a thicker gauge wire thats not just tapped into but cut and each end is going to a different wire in your alarm, the wire is in your ignition harness. just connect it back together
