Viper 1200d

Hey, a friend of mine is selling an older viper 1200. I can't remember if it's 1200.1 or 1200d, but i think it is 1200d. I know about the big DEI buyout and i think this is pre buy-out. Considering this do you think 200 dollars is a good deal? I'm powering 2 infinity kappa perfect 10's with it (10.1). Single 4ohm voice coil. Currently i'm running a directed 250d to it (about 250wrms) and want to upgrade.

I would buy it, if it is in good shape and has not been abused.

it's a decent amp. you'll be running at 2 ohms, so the d1200.1 will give you 600 watts.

Very satisfied with my Directed 1500d and they are similar amps... 200 seems a 'little' steep, but still a decent deal... your woofers will thank you for more power either way.
