viper 1000

I got viper 1000 on expedition, unlocks and locks doors when arming and disarmin, shock sensor works perfect. If truck is bumped it gives a warning, then if hit again, alarm goes off. But, weird thing is any door can be opened and alarm wont go off. The interior light comes on when any door is opened, but no alarm. Any suggestions or ideas?

Sounds like the door trigger is not hooked up, or it is hooked up to the wrong wire(s).

were in Alabama you live man i could take a look at it for you, but it dose sound like the door trigger ain't hooked up, who put it in for you or you do it by yourself.

its fixed, a local shop did it, then it closed. Guy at another shop here helped out
