I got another ticket for underage drinking. This is my second one, but in another town. So will the court/judge in this town known about my first ticket in my hometown? It's a civil offense and is not on my permanant record, so i'm not sure it would show up.

Today in school I got a detention for talking in class. I've gotten a detention before, but in another school. Anyone know if this principal will know about the other one? I'm really worried here, guys.
