remove the backing and stick it on after you clean the surface

Also use a credit card or some form of harder plastic to smooth it out as your laying on the sticker to avoid any kind of air bubbles that may form from just throwing on the sticker.

More the better, don't forget the LED windshield washer lights, and the LED lights for your tires that light up when the wheels turn.
