If you look at the pictures there were pictures taken every fraction of a second as the explosion progressed, in high resolution no less.

Amazing photographic instincts that guy must have had to make such a precise split second decision to start a 20 shot multishot while he, for some reason, happened to be at a high vantage point looking down on the limo to witness something as unspectacular as a dude getting in a car.
