at partsexpress it says their 99rms. but the pdf manual says their 140rms. which is true. and if i connect them to a 200rms @4 amp, will they be ok if i turn the gains down by half of half. 100*4=400 sqrt=20volts, os would 10volts be ok on a 200w amp.

there is no way you are going to need that mych power...ive heard a couple of people giving them 90w im giving mine about 25w and they are plenty loud 40w was way to loud for me
