Well I downloaded my paypal history and can't seem to find a program that will show it to me in an organized manor. Could you tell me a good FREE program to view a .csv file?

I used to have a program that would separate the file into rows and columns by your choice of date, amount, ect... Any programs come to mind? I cannot think of the one I used to use.
