ok i got a vhf from a car show i went to this last weekend..ive already got it on my PC using a vid capture card..now what im wondering is say i wanna take a couple clips out of it and make pictures of the clips..could i just use prt scr and just edit in paintshop*or whatever*or is there some software made just to do this kinda stuff??..also how would i go about taking just a couple of clips from the vid??..theres one small part of the vid i just wanna have as a smaller clip
