yea i am very proud. thanks alot. so you seem to think i shouldn't get speakers for the rear? wouldn't it sound better if i had more speakers?I assume the 6x9's are in the rear deck. I think if you were to take them out, and leave the holes empty, there should be a sufficient opening for the bass to pass through, like having the seats down. once you get a solid front stage many people dont feel the need for rear fill anymore, not to mention not having to buy another set of speakers.
Your car sounds pretty loud especially for a trunk car, so be proud of that.
not neceasarily(sp?). most people believe, which I do, that rear fill isnt necesarry (in most vehicles). It has to deal with when the sound actually reaches you ears from the speakers. This is why in some higher end decks and amps there is time correction delay. It takes a great deal of knowlege of acoustics to use it properly, so many dont use it. There is an easy way of eliminating this though and it is getting rid of unnecesarry speakers like rear fill.yea i am very proud. thanks alot. so you seem to think i shouldn't get speakers for the rear? wouldn't it sound better if i had more speakers?
it's not a camera trick, they're real nice in person haha... but yea, the guy that built the box did a real good job. he listened to dj over at audioque and it turned out perfect!mann that camera makes them sound realllly nice....im sure they are regardless.Good stuff.....seems to **** the lows even at 37hz...gotta love AQ/DDs
ehhh well i figured more speakers the louder the music right? but if rear speakers really don't make much of a difference i may as well save the money...not neceasarily(sp?). most people believe, which I do, that rear fill isnt necesarry (in most vehicles). You may find that when you get a good set of component speakers up front they will be loud enough to fill the entire vehicle with sound. I assume you will amp them right? if not, invest in a good strong amp, in the range of 80 watts RMS and you should be fine.
This is just my opinion ofcourse and the decision is ultimatley up to you.
You seem to know what you are doing, so good luck
all you have to do is fade your deck all the way to the front for a few days, then fade it back to the center. If it sounds better TO YOU, put rear fill in, if you dont really notice any change, leave them out and buy something else.ehhh well i figured more speakers the louder the music right? but if rear speakers really don't make much of a difference i may as well save the money...
You can put more in the front and less in the back //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gifehhh well i figured more speakers the louder the music right? but if rear speakers really don't make much of a difference i may as well save the money...
