Well I have the entire http://www.soundhertz.com site to protect. So if he's gonna upload it himself...cause I def dont want to transfer it to me then upload it myself...I have to give him a private folder which requires a user and password.

If I set up anonomus FTP access well I can kiss the entire site and the new one about to go up, goodbye.
