Video of my Premier Subs

600RMS to each sub. The box is a little small, but it is all I could fit in the car and still have a little trunk room left. It is 3^f and is tuned to 35Hz.

Here is a pic of the amps.

If you think that camera sounds bad, take a listen to my vids that are linked in my sig. HP Photosmart = Photostupid = audio FTMFL //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Sounds very good and loud, BTW. Nice work!

That looks pretty sick man, that mirror is going to snap one day heh.

How does it sound to the ear as opposed to rear firing in the trunk? I've always wanted to try something like this, but I've never liked the huge loss in SPL firing through the armrest.

I would assume sealing up the box similar to what you have produces better results than just forward firing without sealing?

But seriously, is it *loud* to the ear the way you have it set up? Or to the ear, do you feel it would be louder rear firing? Thanks for any input you can offer, as I've always wanted to try out an install like yours but haven't ever gotten around to it.

I have have tried it with the subs facing back-wards and it sounded the same. With the the subs facing forward, you can feel the air coming off of them. It moves your clothes, hair, everything. I am working to seal the cabin completely off from the trunk right now. I have already sealed the area above the wheel wells with expanding foam. I will be making some MDF trim panels to go between the enclosure and the wheel well. I also have about another 50sq of sound deadening material to put in before I put my interior panels back in. I hope to put it on the meter here pretty soon.

I'll sell ya my 2kW RMS Lightning Audio for cheap. It's a nice *** amp, and it'll make them pioneers wang even harder //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

I also have a pair of premier 10" in a vented (28 Htz) box. They're running @ 1 Ohm (i hope i wired it right) off of a hifonics bx1605 so they wang pretty hard. But mine are facing back. Good vid
