video interference

okay, so now that I have everything working with my system, I am noticing another slight problem.

When the car is off, the video signal on my in-dash monitor comes in clean and without interference.

When I put the key in the on position, and the fuel pump primes, etc., the video signal gets some interference.

What would cause the interference in the video signal?

Thanks in advance for any advice I might be able to get.
