It's a 50 dollar CD player, I really don't care if it gets stolen. The only way I can keep it from skipping is to have it out a little bit. I pulled it out extra far for the video, because I didn't want to risk it skipping at all. I only had like a minute left of video on the camera, so I wanted to have every second of it have bass, no skipping interruptions.

The door is busted because the previous owner had to break into it. Until I can afford a new one, the outside panel is a little loose. It shuts all the way, it just doesn't look like it.

I believe that the configuration for the subs right now is the loudest for a trunk car.

 
i noticed your subs and port faced foward, is there much of a difference between that and facing the trunk? it seems it's always been louder when i faced mine toward the trunk?
I do believe it's louder facing forward (if both the subs AND the port are facing forward).
