This is fake, airbrushing works both ways (although obviously there is some airbrushing done in model shots, it's not to this degree). The bump underneath her lip and bags under her eyes wouldn't come close to showing up with professional lighting. Plus you can tell they saturated the image and added a slight hue of blue which distorts the tiles.

That's what she looks without any form of airbrushing.
