vid of 2 15L7's

how could u put 22s on an xterra your lame xterras dont deserve that the only way 22s should go on an xterra is if they are wrapped in giant mud tires and the suspension and body are lifted 22s on an xterra what ashame

That does seem a little week and if they each get one of those amps they should be getting well over 1000 a piece. That's wierd bc my friend has a truck just like yours with 2 12" L7's facing up and everything just like you and they tear his truck apart...those seem to be very mild...

guys, come on, your jumping all over the guy about his woofer movement to wheels....car audio is an enthusiasm sport, enjoy it... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

awesome vid man, and when you port them it'll be alot louder. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Yeah I'm just trying to help this guy out bc his subs should be hitting a LOT harder from what it looks like. Check your gains and HU settings
It's probably just the song. He played some lame *** song that sounds like it's bassline is centered around 50hz or so. Some sealed L7s will not move much at 50hz with that power.

True, with a 1000w to each sub should sound much better than in the vid. You may outta check all your settings on the HU, gains on the amp and all your connections to your subs.

Don't worry about the flamin' from these dudes. As long as the system sound good to you is all that matters. Alot of them just want you to to get the most out of your system. Them two L7's in the small cab should be Wangsville. But definately port them L7's. It will be like night and day.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

well thing is yall this a daily driver, i know the subs arent beening played at thier full potential. thats why i bought the 15's cause in terms of being loud L7's are hard to beat for the money and wanted something that was getting really loud when i want it too. btw 2 15's is why more then i need in my dd.

and yes iam very happy with the performance of the subs

polecat maybe you can answer this one?? will using 2 4''wide 6''long areoports give my a 33hz??? my box is 7.9cubic feet.

Theres a calculator on the net... google it, it helps a bunch.

EDIT: btw, messing with winISD and i simulated a 7.9 cube box, with 2 4" ports tuned to 33hz, and it came out to 32hz with 6" long ports. ****, its like you planned that out!
