Vicodin? Is it strong?

Well i went to the hospital with a massive headache that i had for three days. Had scans and tests done. End result was migraines. I was given Vicodin and other stuff. Is it really strong? I dont want to be all drowsy and stuff. Anyone taken it before?

Yea it tires you out. I used to take it to get high. If you take 4-5 at a time you'll feel it lol. Im assuming you got the common 5-500's?

a doctor gave you Vicodin for a headache no ****ing way is it the w357 or 500s its a strong pain killer it will numb you up good enjoy it man.

The problem with the 5/500's is that theres soo much acetaminophen(i think thats how its spelled, AKA Tylenol) that it kills your liver when you take 5+ pills at a time. You have to use cold water extraction to get the hydrocodone separate from the acetaminophen.

I took Vicodin for three years, it never did help with pain much, and it just put me in a perpetual bad mood (that got worse if I stopped taking it).

I stopped seeing doctors for my constant pain because that seemed to be the only thing they wanted to prescribe.

i would go back and talk to your doctor. taking the vicodin could actually cause the migraines to get worse.

seriously imma stick to tylenol.

i was surprised he did give me it, bc im only 17

Pain pills always have the opposite effect on me than most people I know, they give me energy, a lot of energy. Demerol is the best, they shot me full of it when my liver shut down a few years ago.
