So i got a question.

I have a couple songs on my ipod that move tons of air in my truck but i cannot duplicate this mass amount of air movement with tones or anything, just the 3 or 4 songs, every song on my ipod is 100% boosted on itunes. Does this mean that the same Hz level on another song will not be as loud ? Does air movement = SPL or is there something im not getting ?

air movement does not equal spl. It means low frequency. Let's say you're hitting 140 at 55hz. It won't give you the feeling that a ton of air is moving. It will be solid to your ears but no hairtricks etc. You can do it on pretty minimum power. 140 at 30 hz is a BIG deal. You will move a lot of air. It will take a lot more power than it did at 55hz and it will sound much louder to your ears. I'm just using 140db as an example because it's not out of the realm of most people's ability to get their system to achieve these two scores.

I just wanted to make sure that these couple of songs werent going to be my loudest bet. One is Get up in ya heart by Gucci and Sean Garret and the other is the Jeezy trap or die 2 or something like that.
