Vertex Audio Scammed?

Vertex sold me what I thought was a pair of CDT ES-0690 Golds to find out they were HD-690CF's. I contacted another dealer on the forum and contacted CDT to verify what I had bought. I've been trying to contact Vertex and seen he was logged in a few times since my private messages. I don't like to air dirty laundry and only hoping it was an innocent mistake but with no reply, it makes me wonder. If anyone knows them, please help make this right. I paid for something I didn't get.

I'm hoping it was a simple mistake, sent the wrong ones or something. Just odd, they haven't contacted when they've been online.

Sometimes you open up the caraudio forum tab and leave it on while you afk then shut your comp down later or something but during that afk time period it'll say your online. I'm sure he'll make it right with you though.

Everything is solved, we were just out for the weekend and holidays. Had a few guys texting me personally so figured I would just deal with the issue now.
