That would be rather pointless, as power to reach Xmax is enclosure volume dependent and frequency dependent. You'd need to list that spec for every possible enclosure, at every frequency.

 
well, whats the point of a sub that can displace 3L, reaching xmax off 10,000 watts if its rms is only 500 watts

no, it would be in recommended box off rms

so the 12w7 would be in 1.51 cubes sealed off 750 watts and then list the vd at 80hz, 40hz and 20hz

 
so what fq do they use when finding out a subs xmax
Xmax isn't frequency dependent. It's how far the sub can move while maintaining linearity. That won't change with frequency.

is it pretty rare for a sub to reach xmax between 30-80hz off rms power in recommended sealed enclosure
