Does anyone have or know where i can get good rap/hiphop vcd's for my pioneer 6600 besides ebay or is that my only chance?

That's what I'd do. Not exactly legit but, much easier, much quicker.

I got a bunch on cd right now I got to look and see if I still have them. But you can make them your self thats all I did its very easy. All mine are old like ludacrist and dr dre some old cool songs lol. I will send them to you if I still got them. I have no use for them.
