I've had it done. It's an in office proceedure. It involves getting a shot of local in the scrotum (very fine needle couldn't feel). Next, they make small incisions on each side of your sack and cut and tie the goo tubes so your pollywog plumbing is no longer a circuit.

Lastly, you go back in a few weeks and ******** so they can examine your ejaculate to make sure it took.

It was painless and I experienced no pain or swelling. As a matter of fact, I played a game of pick-up basketball 3 hours after the proceedure.

Common misconception. You can pressure wash a women's grill with goo still, it will just be sugar free.
