V at Input sensitivity=0

I have positive output voltage readings on my sub amp when its input sensitivity=0. Why is this? I read someone else had the same question a few mths ago but can't find the thread.

It isn't an exact science, how much voltage? A lot?

the gain being at min is not going to stop the amp from having output

It seems like the same amount of voltage as the gain set ~ 20% or so. Seems odd. 10-20 Volts or so. Doesn't happen with my other two amps. This is a month old Kenwood 7102 (230W RMS x 2 ohms). I can't recall whether it was like this when I got it. Amp works fine.
