Utopia vs K2P

The Focal K2P is worlds above in midbass over the Audiom 6W sandwich cone drivers. The KP2 has very strong midbass

The Audiom has lower distortion, and cleaner midrange clarity.

The Audiom really needs another driver along with it for midbass-bass use. This is part of the reason why the 5WS mini sub is offered in the same line.

The Audiom is great in kick applications and even off axis a bit, provided you can pair it up with the 5WS mini sub, or a 6.5"-7" or 8" in the door for midbass/bass.

The Focal K2P is a better driver in applications where it's the sole midbass/mid driver in the stage and paired with a tweeter.

K2P's are better suited for daily street beat installs. They can handle the power and will rock out. The Utopia's are more centered around SQ over volume like redcalimp5 said. The midbass is more aggressive. I had a 8" front sub with my Utopia 165W's, but it sounded great.
