Yes they have. F ucked me on a claim big time once, has torn up everything they have delivered to my house (with the exception of like 2 items), and they stole a sub I sent out one time. But they did make it right on the theft and paid me what I was due 2 months later.

Well my stuff was "delivered" also!! Just not to me!! lol.
Sounds like bad packing job to me, might want to hit up the shipper that packed that amp and sent it out to you.
