Nope unlocked ones are still going for 450+ on ebay. If I remember correctly there is a guy on Ebay that is unlocking them. Or at least Sellign the code, and steps to do so.

just fyi theres websites to unlock iphones for like 25bux i believe it takes a code. just to let u kno if the phone aint unlocked
