Both +'s and -'s are internally connected.. . It doesn't matter which one you use. What ohm sub's?

I believe you just use 1 side. @least thats wat i did when i had mine.

I was either gonna do 2 doul 4ohm type r's in a ported or 4 dual 2ohm type Rs sealed, I have'nt decided
