I'd be happy to vouch for that thread. What you're unable to see (since the video has been removed) is a US Amps executive stating how overrated this amp is, and that it was purposely rated that way to compete with other manufacturers on the market. I still remember that video very clearly from when I saw it. The entire XT line does not do anywhere close to rated power. You're better off with a different amp. Tapout is not BS'ing you. Yeah, I haven't seen the video. But I am finding it hard to believe that they are trying to claim 1000 RMS on the 2000D and they say it doesn't come near. If they say it does 2000 watts on the 2000D, I can see where you all are coming from. But if the previous is true, it surely isn't extremely over rated. Just people aren't reading the specs right. Right?

*EDIT* BTW, get the Arc KS1000.1 or the Memphis 1100D for those SE's
