Depends on what you're shipping.
Fedex has a 100lb. maximum weight limit for residential addresses, as well as idiotic dimensional weight regs - so even if you have a 75lb. shipment, if it's over a certain width/depth they won't take it as well. DHL merged with Airborne, I think...they also have a funky dimensional weight limit for residential drop offs, which is why I haven't gone with them for large packages...
