An automated recording just called me and told me that my package is coming tomorrow and such. Anyone ever had UPS call them and tell them this info? Nice feature I guess. But......

how did they get my phone number?

I know i didnt give it out, especially not associated with the address I live at now.

Thats cool and all, but i didnt. This was through ebay, not giving some random negro my phone number.

Still a decent feature though, I wish they would call right before your package is going to be delivered, so you can run home and get it.

I think UPS has it if you have ever shipped with them before....dunno. i know my UPS drop off has my number from the first time i shipped a package.

If you have recently updated your eBay profile, Hero, it likely came from there.

well..i mean it's not hard to get someone phone number in the first place...especially after you order something off ebay...all u need to know is a first and last name, and the state...check for your self

Whitepages.com only gives you numbers for currently listed phones.

It won't give you cell phones numbers.

It won't give you unlisted numbers.

It won't give you numbers that are too new to be in any phone book yet.

Still interesting feature though. They should really call before they are about to deliver it though, that wold be the bestest.
