It's wierd how major shipping companies can screw up a simple delivery. My head unit was sent to me via DHL and I received it within a week. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones.

It is required by customs to have a contact number on the package to be accepted into Canada.

Well no shit UPS sucks. I'm waiting on a package that has "3 Day Select" shipping that was sent out on the 16th, shit still hasn't came, this is the second package sent out from the company btw.

First package went out on the 7th of this month, the ****tards at UPS lost it in transit. Now I'm still waiting for a package that was supposed to be here Tuesday.
