UPS ripped me a new ***hole

One time i shipped something and i mis weighed it, i was like 25 pounds off but they took it anyways and just next time make sure i weigh it correctly

Thats why i ALWAYS over estimate, i put each one weighed 30lbs and they dont more like 27.5

UPDATE:

I am actually very surprised with UPS.

I talked to them on the phone for only 5 minutes and i was issued a refund of $72.47

Which means I paid about $38.53 for shipping //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Apparently they thought I had marked it to be a large package which automatically adds the dimensions to be 40 X 40 X 40 and weight 90lbs min...

But the confusion only took about 5 min to fix. I defiantly have gained respect for UPS.

I heard when you print the label via ur home PC u can cheap-out on the weight and drop it off and peace out before they say anything. And if its not too bad, they will still ship it.. Pending on where u drop it that is

We take the packages at the UPS Store, and weigh them. UPS headquarters gets this info, and if the price changes with added weight, they bill your account you placed the order with. There are certain cut-off points with weight that add price. But yeah, if you bring in a label, the driver will pick it up no matter what, the store is required to take the labels, they just scan them, put the weight and it's off.
