UPS Fuccked Me Over!

I shipped a package to Canada.

Customer service rep told me that it would be $16.

I also have a screenshot saved where the balance came out to be $16:

these motherfucckers charged me $89 to ship the package!! They didnt even notify me or anything.

I just sent them an email. They aint picking up the phone at this time.

Sounds like a reason for a CC chargeback to me.

Although I'm sure somewhere in their agreement for online payment they have a clause that says they're not responsible for this stuff and prices can change at any time with no notification.

Shipping to Canada *****. Technically the extra fees aren't UPS fees but actual Canadian Taxes and Customs Brokers Fees. They still should have told you about the extra fees though.

He did. Look at the picture, it says it was processed for a total of 16.

Then they charged his card another 70 bucks later on down the road.

they charged me express shipping but the package was sent standard

customer rep told me that they will issue a refund within the next couple of days
