Just want to let everyone know that my hopes audio completly refunded my batteries even paypal fees. Great guy to deal with!!

Looks like they weren't packaged very well, not sure if UPS will pay a claim for something like that. That is why usually batteries are sold by a truck that services a route.

people are idiots when it comes to packaging, thats my thoughts. be like kinetik when you ship them, freight them on a pallet, meh.
