Well I ordered some kinetik batteries from hope audio and they came fast original packaging etc well they are beat up and one doesnt look usable so now what do i need to do? ill let the pics speak for themselves....

This blows!!

The one battery is worse then the other but they still are not in very good condition this sucks. I have already contacted the seller now what?

1. get ALL your money from the SELLER.

2. seller files with shipper and get's reimbursed for insured amount.

3. shipper comes and gets the now toxic gear outta your house.

4. try again.

If they are insured, you the receiver need to Call UPS to file a claim.

UPS will come pick up the package and then if they decide to pay for the damage, they will send a check for the insured amount to the sender. Right after you send it to UPS it's completly out of your hands. So get the shipper to send you your money back, or another battery(ies) in the mean time. UPS takes forever to figure things out (1- 1.5 months). Do NOT wait for them to send a check to the shipper. The sender OWES you what you have paid for right now. Because in the end, the shipper should end up owing you batteries no matter the outcome of what UPS Chooses (that they damaged the package, or improper packaging). Get your stuff right away, because they owe you NO matter the outcome, so why wait for the outcome?

Contact the seller and tell them the matter, they should be able to get it taken care of for you at no cost to you with insurance from UPS. If they dont respond let them know you will contact paypal or your CC company for a refund.
