UPS Delivery? WTF

Just tracked my new headlights and they are at their final destination before being delivered which is like 5 mins from my house and the expected delivery is 1/4/10? hopefully ill get a suprise today. Anyone else had this happen?

Intriguing. If they don't show up you can go to the UPS Store and pick it up. They deliver until 7-8 in some areas. If you don't have them by 5ish then I'd go to the store. They'll tell you whether they're still on the truck or if they're at the local location. Or, you can go there now and get the same information. Then you may have the headlights in the next 10 minutes.

whered you buy the headlights? when i bought mine when they shipped UPS it said destination scan or w/e for about 11 days, then the company i bought from shipped them ups second day air

If they're already at the final destination facility then they're about to be loaded on the local delivery truck, if he just goes to the local facility they will tell him if they're on the truck or not. If they're not on the truck he can pick them up right there, if they are on the truck he'll have to wait. Unless they say they're not actually at the final destination, in which case something is ****ed.

there is only one melbourne facility where i live and it has arrived there at 6 something this morning. the lights originally shipped from miami which is about 3 hrs from me. it does not say they are out for delivery though.

Yeah if the place is 5min away and your not doing anything, you should just drive down there and ask them.

Good luck with that...It's like impossible to actually call your local UPS facility, I looked up the number in VZ Navigator once and called it, it was like "This number is not a valid UPS number, please call 1-800-UPS" or some shiz like that...they want you to call their generic help number and not the facility itself...
