That why I plan on ordering my speakers through the local shop...then if something gets ****ed up, they end up on the tail end of it and not me. It costs a little bit more but its worth not dealing with UPS

The sub has already been sent off for a recone.. i highly doubt the sub was put in the box this way, i'm 99% sure UPS's tender loveing care was the cause, and probly bad glue from JL.
