Upgrading Speakers, what to do...?

Im finially getting around to upgrading my door speakers and such. Ive got 2 15" Alpine Type-R's in the back, so i need some good highs and mids too. But i have no idea what to get, do I need an amp for the door speakers? can i just get a component system? Or what? I have a Pioneer P3200DVD headunit.

Get an amp for what ever comps you get. I would go with components every time.

What do you have for power for the 15's? There is no way a head unit can keep up with

2 15's on any reasonable power.

x2, Get the largest set of component speakers you can fit and buy a good quality, low distortion, powerful amplifier for them.

hell, Im running one ID 10" on 500w in my truck with 6.5" pioneer ts-720c active on 100w x2 on the mids and 80x2 on the tweets and its still not enough to keep up with the little ten. doors are deadnd and sealed up too. Im going to shoehorn in some 8's in to my door this spring to try and get them to blend better with the sub.

Ive got a Audiopipe 1800watt amp pushin the 15's

Also, who makes a good component system. I know nothing about these speakers as far as quality for the price. I dont want to get somthing ****** but I dont want to spend a ton.

"Good" varies between people. I see spending $200+ on front components a no-brainer, but if your "good" is not as strict then maybe $75 would work for you, you know? It's easier if you give us a budget... we'll tell you what we think of that budget and perhaps suggest some sets around that budget...
