Upgrading my subwoofers. Which subwoofer is the best?

In that price range, I would go with the Diamond. I have M3s, but you would have to get a dealer to give you 20-30% off for them to come out to $250. The Diamond subs really hit hard. Never run Infinity, but have heard lots of good and lots of bad. Hard to say.
