Upgrading car Speakers. Which amp and Speakers to buy?

Upgrading from stock.

Car: 2003 Honda Civic Coupe

Head Unit: Pioneer DEH-P9400BH

Size: Rear 6x9.

I already have front speakers which I bought

Hertz. DSK 130 5.25"

Specs:

Power Handling: 60 (RMS) - 120 (peak) Watts

Impedance: 4 Ohms

Top Mount Depth: 56 mm

Sensitivity: 91 dB

Frequency Response: 60 - 21,000 Hz

Crossover: 3.5kHz-6/12dB Oct

Looking for rear speakers and a decent amp for 150-200 for both. Looking for best bang for the buck, do not want anything extreme. Just for casual listening. Would like an amp that would be sufficient to run both the rear speakers and the DSK 130s.

Precision Power iON i320.4 and an amp kit, then upgrade the rear speakers later.

Your budget doesn't allow for both a good amp and decent speakers at once.
