Update on my situation with BW3's

As some of you guys know, i had an issue with BW3, also known as Buffalo Wild Wings. Well, things seems to be moving faster than expected since i hired an attorney. For those who never read about my situation, click http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=209256.

So anyways, i get this letter today from the general manager of the local Bee-Dubs. Little hard to read but i had to compress it quite a bit to get it to upload.

Anyways, the gist of it is that they sent me $100 in free coupons and apologized. Also, from the corporate HQ, they are paying for all medical bills incurred from the incident. Consequently, the first manager i spoke with that night is now unemployed. I'm not going to pursue the matter farther as i probably won't win if it goes to court since they offered to fully compensate me for all my losses.

Glad you worked everything out. I have a son with severe allergies as well, I know how you feel. It's too bad someone had to lose their job over it though...hopefully they'll think twice the next time they're in that type of situation. wow. upon reading your first thread about this, i can't believe after you asking them to stop smoking for your son that they would actually try to argue or even say anything back to you. I'm a waiter and well back when we allowed smoking in one section of the restaurant i told smokers to put it out if i got a single complaint. Its just bad business really. Good for you.
