United Radio is amazing

My in warranty Eclipse head unit broke for some reason, and someone here told me to send it to United Radio instead of Eclipse. So i shipped it to them yesterday, and then today they received it already, fixed it, and are shipping it back. And it is supposed to be delivered tommorow. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif That is unbelivable, i can't believe the place not only fixed the thing in one day but also shipped it out the same day.

Yeah, hopefully the thing is fixed though. The only thing that worried me was that the radio kept saying it couldn't read my CD's that I put in it, but on their status report it says "replaced jammed CD Mechanism". Im not really sure why they thought the thing was jammed, but hopefully it fixed whatever was wrong with it.

i believe united radio is the service center for eclipse. I ordered some parts for one my old eclipse from them. Great people over there..

Well I got the radio back today (2 days after I sent the broken unit in) and installed it and it works fine now. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif That place truly kicks ***, ive never seen a place that had such a quick turn around. This place should be the model of how companies should be run. Apple on the other hand has had my iPod for 2 weeks already and not done anything with it.
