I fuuuuuucckkkiiinng hate these questionnaires.. I just want a freaking part time job and I have to go through 150 stupid questions to every place I apply to. For example:

"You get angry more than nervous" (strongly agree, agree, strongly disagree or disagree)

or

"You are good at understanding how people feel"

Like wtf does this assessment do it's ridiculous to me. What happened to I go in fill an application out, and schedule an interview for a position. This online crap is pissing me off.

But the questions are stupid imo... 150 of them too it's a bit much.

Like why do you have to know if I'm a thrill seeker or if if I know how other people are feeling all the time.

Anyone can put anything either way

exactly if your dumb enough not to know how to answer the questions to what they want to hear .. than you wont be considered for employment ...

they are pretty dumb. I'm a HR manager for JC Penny the reason they have them their is just to be a useful tool in determining candidates. Most of the time i completely ignore them and don't really pay attention to what people score. If you actually score really bad your application will be erased unless they override it.
