No, the answer is no, you cannot. One requirement is you be with a company for at least 90 days. You must have been hired by that company and after 90 days if you are laid off or fired for something out of your control, then you can collect unemployment. Trust me, I've gotten unemployment twice, once I had to have an appeal hearing to get it.

all the people who said no were wrong. You can to get unemployment. Just go down to the office and tell them you want it. If they give you any problems tell them some guy on the interweb said it was ok. If they still give you problems straight punch that dumb b!itch in here poo-nonny.
