yes it does. a minor can legally drink if it is under the supervision of a parent..in teaxs anyways

yeah alot of people down here thought that it was legal but lots of parents spent a night in jail for that little party

it's legal here if it's behind closed doors, but the second you step outside with the beverage, off to jail.

your parents cant give consent for other peoples kids...thats the problem with that..

i used to get margaritas w/ my parents all the time when i was younger. i know for a fact its legal though

well all their parents where there but everyone was outside so that might be why they got in trouble
