So i was just outside messing around with my subs because one came unhooked and i was hooking it back up. I thought the car was off but key was in the acc position with the volume all the way down, and i didnt notice if my amp power light was on or not. But anyway when i was using the allen wrench to loosen the terminal, it touched the metal on the amp and made a decent sized spark. I didnt hold it up there or anything but when it did that the subs made a high pitched squeal when i turned the radio up, though the squeal was at the same level no matter how loud the radio was. They still played the lows fine though. I turned it off and turned it back on and the noise stopped. Could i have damaged my amp? Seems to be fine but im just wondering what i did really. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif My resistance on my subs went from 3.8 to 4.4, dont know if thats for sure though, could just be my dmm acting up //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif
