hey guys as the title says i just bougtht a 3000gt and am considering running either two sa 8s off a sae 1200 so they would be getting 600 watts each or three sa 8s n on a sae 1200 at 1.33 ohms so maybe 350 watts each set up would be ported

im thinking either subs up port up or subs up port towards that hatch hers the room i got to work with id wouldnt mind doin 4 8s but idk if i got the room

measurements are 22 width 8 3/4 depth and 28 long

8's are not that loud unless you do four. I started with two then three then four. If you have a regular cab truck like me with 4 8's on a 1000 watts. It will sound nice as hell man.

you could do 3 and a slot port with the dimensions you gave and should sound pretty good. heres my truck with 4 e8s:

I have three Sundown E8's and love them. I didnt want all the space of four and building box for two ported is more difficult as it would need wrap around port. My box is pretty small and tuned low. They are only getting about 125 watts a piece and are loud and crisp.

ive seen many ppl doing low 40s off 2 8s..

Hate to say it but i heard a newer colorado or s10 ( whatever it is now ) with 4 w7 8s off 2 500/1s and it sounded unreal for what it was.. did a 147.xx iirc
